They’re reborned by hand, so stores won’t carry them. Stores only want stuff that’s made in a factory so they can order hundreds at a time. And because they are done by hand, the price will always be a lot higher than that.
But high-end toy stores will have realistic babies. They won’t be one of a kind like a reborn, but they will have realistic features and feel almost real when you hold them.
