Shopping for realistic dolls on a budget.?

I need to know what website I can get a realistic lifelike baby doll. I mean almost real and I need it to be for a low amount of money. A price range between 10 to 100 dollars. I've already tried E-Bay. So no luck there. This is for my neice and she is 12 but wants a doll and wants it to look lifelike and she wants a boy doll but she can take a girl if that's all they have. I also need to know of a website that can give clothes for the doll and accsesories. I really need an answer and fast. Thank you to all that answer.
